No Refund Policy

All course fees paid to Baba Digital Institute are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once a student has completed the admission process or paid the course fee (whether full or partial), no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including:

* Scheduling conflicts.

* Failure to attend classes.

* Incomplete course participation.

* Dissatisfaction after course commencement.

Batch Transfer

Any request for a batch change or transfer will be considered only at the sole discretion of Baba Digital Institute and is subject to seat availability. Approval is not guaranteed.

Cancellation by Institute

In the unlikely event that Baba Digital Institute cancels a course or batch and is unable to provide an alternative schedule, the institute reserves the right to decide the appropriate resolution, which may include rescheduling or another suitable arrangement.

Acceptance of Policy

By enrolling in any course at Baba Digital Institute, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and accept that no refund of the course fee will be claimed or granted after payment.
